Childhood Cancer may not be as common as cancer in adults but it doesn’t mean that it’s less important or should be put off to the side. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and tonight, Friday September 16, the CN Tower is helping raise awareness by lighting it up GOLD! Unfortunately, we are away for a couple of days visiting family and won’t be able to attend but for anyone who is in the area should check it out here!
There was also an article in a paper today that talked about some of the hardships/troubles children with cancer face in schools and with peers. You can read it here.
I wish we were in the area to be able to attend this great cause tonight but I encourage you to try and attend if you can!
