Tomorrow is the first day of Spring and I’m looking out my window and watching it snow. They’re the big white fluffy snow flakes that you look forward to when you’re a kid (because they make the best packing snow for snowmen) but definitely not the kind of snowflakes that you want the day before spring is supposed to arrive! About a week ago we did have some mild days and the kids and I were able to get outside in our rain boots and splash in the puddles and mud. I can’t wait for this snow to melt and to enjoy the outdoors more often.
But, until this snow decides to go away my kids are stuck wearing their rain boots inside. Bronson wears his rain boots at least once a day and calls them his “boo-a”. Almost every word he says he adds an “a” to the end of it. We finished up his last speech therapy session two weeks ago and since then his speech has really taken off. He never ceases to amaze me.
We celebrated Kallie’s 3rd Birthday on February 23rd. I’ll have to post some photos of that later on this week. She was completely spoiled by family and loved every minute of it. She has grown into such a loving and compassionate little girl. I can’t believe that three years have gone by so quickly.
I hope you have a great week….and I promise I’ll do another post this week! 🙂
